If your condition has worsened, we first suggest that you contact your doctor to discuss the issue and possible treatments. You may also want to consider trying a different size, brand or product.
What should I do if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?
Please remember that we do not manufacture the products. If the product is defective, the manufacturer will resolve the issue by replacing the product. Contact us if you need assistance with this. Also remember that we do not make personal deliveries. If the order shows up damaged, please contact us immediately so the we may notify the delivery service and reship the product at no cost to you.
